Age Doesn’t Matter in the Bond Between Humans and Horses
You might think, “Maybe only younger horses can be ridden?” or “Older ones are retired?”
Actually, there are many older horses that are active in beginner lessons or in equine therapy.

When we say we feel “healed” by a horse, I believe it is because we are drawn naturally to that quiet strength within them, to that kindness, and our hearts open.
